Spare-In-The-Air is Epson’s service program. This incredibly affordable solution is for companies who can’t afford for their printer systems to be out of service for extended periods of time. With Spare-In-The-Air, you can get a replacement printer overnight (or, at most, a few days).

Once you receive the replacement, you send the damaged unit back to Epson, and they cover the cost of shipping both ways.

When the replacement printer arrives in a timely manner, it is ready to use right away. The replacement printer will be a new or refurbished one that will be as good as new. The advantage of this program is that you will have a lower cost of ownership, as well a longer product life.

Every printer comes with a standard one-year warranty from Epson. With this warranty, you have to send the printer to Epson and then you have to wait for it to come back. By purchasing Spare-In-The-Air, you will have a lot less downtime, and overall save money.
