4″ x 3″ uncoated direct thermal label on 0.75″ core. Each roll contains 220 labels. This label roll is compatible with the TSC Alpha-4L mobile barcode printer.

Direct thermal label printing does not require the use of ribbons. Instead, it relies on chemically treated, heat-sensitive media that blackens when it passes under the thermal print head. This produces clear, sharp print quality with good scannability and readability on direct thermal labels.

Uncoated (non-top coated) direct thermal labels are ideal for labeling applications for short-term usage or limited exposure to environmental factors such as chemical contact, humidity, moisture, UV exposure and abrasion. Uncoated direct thermal material does not add a protective clear top coating compared to top coated thermal material. As such, the labels are the most economical and ideal for printing applications such as shipping/receiving labels, receipts, barcodes, tags and fast-selling product labels.
