The Afinia L801 is a high-speed Memjet colour label printer for shops that need volume in-house. Every roll on this page is wound on a 3" core to a 6" outside diameter, from small die-cut sizes up to 8" wide continuous, in matte paper, gloss paper, matte BOPP and gloss BOPP.

Roll fit

Why 3" core and up to 8" wide

ForeFront winds L801 rolls on a 3" core to a 6" OD so a fast printer is not stopping for roll changes. The 5", 6", 7" and 8" continuous widths cover wide wraps and case labels as well as standard product sizes.

Ink and finish

Memjet speed, matched stock

  • The L801 prints with Memjet dye-based ink, fast and vivid.
  • Matte paper: the most forgiving stock at high speed, great for text and barcodes.
  • Gloss paper and gloss BOPP: the most colour pop for shelf labels.
  • BOPP: for chilled or handled products. Dye ink is less water resistant than pigment, so test a roll on wet jobs first.

Are these the same rolls as the CW-C6500 or LX910?

Same 3" core, 6" OD format, so shops running several wide printers can share one stock. Check your size in the table above.

Die-cut or continuous?

Die-cut gives you clean, consistent shapes and gaps for production runs. Continuous lets you print any length, which suits shops labelling many different products.

Can you make a size that is not listed?

Yes. We convert rolls in-house in Mississauga, so custom widths, lengths, circles and materials on a 3" core are available. Send us your size.
