Are your labels made to order?
We manufacture blank inkjet rolls in standard and custom configurations. Check the selected product or quote for availability, material and roll specifications.
This keeps roll quality consistent and gives you the exact format your operation needs.
Do you manufacture most common label sizes?
We support common sizes and custom dimensions subject to tooling, material availability and printer fit. Confirm the final specification before ordering.
What roll core sizes do you supply?
We supply both 2 inch core and 3 inch core rolls.
If you share your printer model, we will confirm the correct core size and roll configuration for consistent feeding.
Do you help confirm the correct roll configuration?
Yes. If you share your printer model and label size, we can confirm core size and configuration for stable feeding and smooth printing.
Can you manufacture multiple sizes for the same brand?
Yes. Many brands order multiple sizes for different products, variants, and packaging formats.
What label materials do you offer?
We manufacture roll labels using four core materials:
- Matte Paper for a premium clean look
- Gloss Paper for vibrant retail shine
- Matte BOPP for a matte film finish; test the complete printed construction for its intended exposure
- Gloss BOPP for a glossy film finish; test the complete printed construction for its intended exposure
Are your labels waterproof?
BOPP film resists moisture, but the printed label is not automatically waterproof. Ink, coating, adhesive, container and exposure determine performance. Request a suitable construction and test a printed sample.
Paper label materials are best suited for dry indoor use and controlled environments.
Which material is best for cosmetics and personal care?
BOPP film is worth testing for humid or oily environments. Confirm that the exact coating, ink and adhesive withstand your product and handling conditions; finish alone does not establish suitability.
Matte vs gloss. Which one should I choose?
Matte looks clean, modern, and premium. Gloss looks vibrant and retail-ready. Both are available in paper and BOPP. The best choice depends on your brand style and environment.
Do labels work on curved jars, bottles, and tubes?
Curved containers need an application test. Check label stiffness, adhesive, container surface, label size and overlap; tight curves can cause edge lift even with film stock.
Are your labels compatible with roll fed inkjet label printers?
Our blank inkjet labels are designed for compatible roll-fed inkjet printers. Match the exact roll variant and coating to the model; thermal labels are a separate print technology.

Do you sell thermal labels as well?
Yes. We supply thermal labels for shipping, warehousing, logistics, and industrial use.
What information do you need to confirm compatibility?
Send the exact printer model, label and liner widths, label height, core diameter, maximum roll outside diameter, winding, gap or black-mark requirements, and application conditions.
What file format should I send for best results?
PDF is preferred. High resolution artwork helps ensure sharp edges and clean output.

Do I need bleed on my design?
If your design prints to the edge with no border, bleed is recommended. If your design uses a white border, bleed may not be necessary.
How do I avoid tiny text issues on labels?
Use high resolution artwork and keep very small text away from the edge. If your label is small, simplify the layout for readability.
How fast do you ship?
Lead times depend on stock, manufacturing requirements, order quantity and destination. Confirm the timing shown for your item or request a current estimate before ordering.

Do you offer rush handling?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes are possible before production begins. Once specifications are approved and production starts, changes may not be possible.
