• You are responsible for ensuring your artwork, spelling, barcode data, sizing, and layout are correct before approval/production.
• If you approve a proof (digital or physical), you accept responsibility for that final version, including content and layout.
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files or instructions.

6.2 Color, screen previews, and printing variation

• On-screen colors may display differently due to monitors and device settings.
• Printed output may vary due to material type, coating, print method, and production conditions.
• Batch-to-batch variation can occur, especially across different materials or re-orders.

6.3 Material performance and application conditions

• Label performance depends on application surface, cleaning method, temperature, humidity, and storage conditions.
• We may provide general guidance, but you are responsible for testing material suitability for your use case.

6.4 Compatibility and printer setup

• Printer performance depends on printer model, settings, maintenance, ink/ribbon, and environment.
• When we describe “compatibility,” it means the labels are intended to work with certain printer types, but results can vary by setup and settings.

7. Orders, Billing & Account Information
