Primera LX3000 Labels

The Primera LX3000 is an 8-inch colour label printer with large separate ink tanks, built to cut ink cost on longer runs. It takes rolls on a 3" core up to a 6" outside diameter and media up to 8.375" wide, with labels from 0.75" to 24" long. Every roll below matches those limits.

Roll fit

Same rolls as the LX910

The LX3000 shares its 3" core, 6" roll and 8.375" media limits with the LX910 and LX4000, so the same rolls run on all three. For 8" rolls, add an external unwinder.

Ink and finish

Big tanks, matched stock

  • Separate high-capacity CMY tanks, in dye or pigment versions. Pigment holds up better on BOPP and outdoor jobs; dye gives brighter colour.
  • Matte paper: the go-to for ingredient panels, barcodes and dry goods.
  • Gloss paper: richer colour and shine for retail shelves.
  • BOPP (matte or gloss): choose it for fridges, oils, condensation and anything that gets handled.

LX3000 label questions

Do LX910 rolls fit the LX3000?

Yes. Both take a 3" core, a 6" roll and media up to 8.375" wide.

Dye or pigment LX3000, does it change the roll?

No. Both versions use the same rolls. Pigment ink is more water resistant on BOPP; dye gives brighter colour on paper.

Die-cut or continuous?

Die-cut gives you clean, consistent shapes and gaps for production runs. Continuous lets you print any length, which suits shops labelling many different products.

Can you make a size that is not listed?

Yes. We convert rolls in-house in Mississauga, so custom widths, lengths, circles and materials on a 3" core are available. Send us your size.
