Primera LX600 Labels
The Primera LX600 is a 5-inch colour label printer that steps up from desktop 4-inch models with a bigger roll. It takes a 3" core up to 6" across inside the printer and media from 1.5" to 5.125" wide.

Roll fit
5-inch class, 1.5" minimum
The LX600 tops out at 5.125" media, so it runs our rolls up to 5" wide continuous. Media must be at least 1.5" wide. The LX610 looks similar but has a higher 2.125" minimum.
Ink and finish
Dye or pigment, one cartridge

One tri-colour cartridge in dye, pigment or CMY versions. Pigment is the safer pick for BOPP and wet products.

Matte paper: the go-to for ingredient panels, barcodes and dry goods.

Gloss paper: richer colour and shine for retail shelves and gift packaging.

BOPP (matte or gloss): choose it for fridges, oils, condensation and anything that gets handled.

Every size comes in matte paper, gloss paper, matte BOPP and gloss BOPP unless noted. Continuous rolls are 200 ft (180 ft for matte BOPP). Sizes listed here are the ones that match the printer's published media specs.

LX600 cartridges come from Primera; we do not stock them. Need wider labels? The LX910 takes the same 3" core, 6" rolls up to 8.375" wide.
LX600 label questions
What is the widest roll it takes?
Media up to 5.125" wide. We stock continuous rolls up to 5" for it.
Does it take 1" wide rolls?
Not as single labels. Media must be at least 1.5" wide; our 1" x 1" roll runs 2-up across, so it fits.
Die-cut or continuous?
Die-cut gives you clean, consistent shapes and gaps for production runs. Continuous lets you print any length, which suits shops labelling many different products.
Can you make a size that is not listed?
Yes. We convert rolls in-house in Mississauga, so custom widths, lengths, circles and materials on a 3" core are available. Send us your size.
