Epson CW-C6000 Labels

The CW-C6000 is Epson's 4-inch industrial colour label printer, the step up from desktop models when you print all day. Every roll on this page is wound on a 3" core to a 6" outside diameter, roughly double the labels of a 2" core desktop roll, from small die-cut sizes to 4.25" wide continuous, in matte paper, gloss paper, matte BOPP and gloss BOPP.

Roll fit

Why 3" core rolls

The CW-C6000 is built for 3" core rolls, and a 6" roll means fewer changeovers on long runs. The 2" core, 4" rolls on our CW-C4000 page are a different size. Need labels wider than 4.25"? That is the job of the 8-inch CW-C6500.

Ink and finish

Match the stock to your black

  • Matte black (SJIC35P MK): pairs best with matte paper and matte BOPP for crisp, low-glare text and barcodes on the CW-C6000.
  • Gloss black (SJIC35P BK): pairs best with gloss paper and gloss BOPP for rich colour and shelf shine.
  • BOPP (matte or gloss): choose it for fridges, oils, condensation and anything that gets handled.

Every size comes in matte paper, gloss paper, matte BOPP and gloss BOPP unless noted. 3" core continuous rolls are 200 ft (180 ft for matte BOPP); the 4.25" continuous roll is 230 ft gloss paper.

CW-C6000 label questions

A or P model, does it change the roll?

No. The A (auto cutter) and P (peel-and-present) versions use the same 3" core rolls. The P model peels each label off the liner as it prints, which suits hand application.

What is the widest label it prints?

ForeFront rolls for the CW-C6000 go up to 4" die-cut and 4.25" continuous. For 5" to 8" wide labels, look at the CW-C6500.

Die-cut or continuous?

Die-cut gives you clean, consistent shapes and gaps for production runs. Continuous lets you print any length, which suits shops labelling many different products.

Can you make a size that is not listed?

Yes. We convert rolls in-house in Mississauga, so custom widths, lengths, circles and materials on a 3" core are available. Send us your size.
