Artwork setup
- Label size 1" x 1" (25.4 x 25.4 mm), width first as it comes off the roll.
- At 300 dpi make the file 300 x 300 px, or 338 x 338 px with 1/16" bleed if colour runs to the edge.
- Keep text and logos about 1/16" (1.6 mm) inside the cut line.
- Too small for a full UPC barcode. A QR code of 0.75" or larger still scans reliably with a phone.
