Epson TM-C7500 Labels

The Epson TM-C7500 is the industrial 4-inch ColorWorks built for long daily runs, with matte-black pigment ink. It holds rolls on a 3" core up to 8" across inside the printer and feeds media from 1.97" to 4.41" wide. Every roll below fits those limits.

Roll fit

Big rolls, 2" minimum

An 8" roll means far fewer changeovers than a desktop printer. The catch is the minimum: media must be at least 1.97" wide, so single 1" and 1.5" wide labels will not feed (our 1" x 1" roll runs 2 across, so it does). Need the gloss version? See the TM-C7500G. The newer CW-C8000 takes the same 3" core rolls.

Ink and finish

Matte-black pigment ink

  • DURABrite Ultra pigment ink (SJIC26P) with matte black, made for crisp text and barcodes.
  • Matte paper: the go-to for ingredient panels, barcodes and dry goods.
  • Gloss paper: richer colour and shine for retail shelves and gift packaging.
  • BOPP (matte or gloss): choose it for fridges, oils, condensation and anything that gets handled. Pigment ink holds up well to moisture; still run a test roll before a frozen or very wet job.

Every size comes in matte paper, gloss paper, matte BOPP and gloss BOPP unless noted. Continuous rolls are 200 ft (180 ft for matte BOPP) and the printer cuts them to the length in your file. Sizes listed here are the ones that match the printer's published media specs.

What is the smallest label width it takes?

By Epson's spec, media 1.97" wide. That rules out single 1" and 1.5" wide labels; 2" wide and up, or our 2-across 1" x 1" roll, will feed.

TM-C7500 or TM-C7500G rolls, are they different?

The rolls are the same. The printers differ in ink: the TM-C7500 is matte black for paper, the TM-C7500G is gloss black for gloss stock.

Die-cut or continuous?

Die-cut gives you clean, consistent shapes and gaps for production runs. Continuous lets you print any length, which suits shops labelling many different products.

Can you make a size that is not listed?

Yes. We convert rolls in-house in Mississauga, so custom widths, lengths, circles and materials on a 3" core are available. Send us your size.
