The TM-C3500 is the workhorse 4-inch Epson colour label printer you find in food, cannabis and retail shops across Canada. Every roll on this page is wound on a 2" core to a 4" outside diameter, the roll that loads inside a TM-C3500, from 1" to 4" wide in die-cut and continuous.

Roll fit

Why 2" core and 4" OD

The TM-C3500 holds its roll in the internal media bay, so ForeFront winds these on a 2" core to a 4" maximum outside diameter for the most labels per roll without an external unwinder. Our 3" core, 6" rolls are made for the CW-C6000 and CW-C6500.

Ink and finish

Pigment ink: pick the stock for the job

  • DURABrite Ultra pigment ink (SJIC22P) gives the TM-C3500 sharp, smudge-resistant colour.
  • Matte paper: the go-to for text, barcodes, ingredient panels and dry goods.
  • Gloss paper: richer colour and shine for retail shelves.
  • BOPP: for fridges, freezers and handled products. Pigment ink holds up well to moisture; still run a test roll before a frozen or very wet job.

Every size comes in matte paper, gloss paper, matte BOPP and gloss BOPP. Continuous rolls are 100 ft (90 ft for matte BOPP) and are cut to length as you print.

The roll format is the same 2" core, 4" OD family, so many shops run one stock across both printers. Check the size you need in the table above.

Will 3" core rolls fit my TM-C3500?

Not inside the printer. Stay with the 2" core, 4" OD rolls on this page.

Die-cut or continuous?

Die-cut gives you clean, consistent shapes and gaps for production runs. Continuous lets you print any length, which suits shops labelling many different products.

Can you make a size that is not listed?

Yes. We convert rolls in-house in Mississauga, so custom widths, lengths and materials on a 2" core are available. Send us your size.
